The Masterplan 2019 estimates that the Continuum residential properties have an average area of 2.8 acres

The Continuum comprises two freehold development sites situated on Thiam Siew Avenue and has an area of 263,794 sq. ft. The properties are classified as "Residential" with plot proportions ranging from 2.8 to 2.8 and 2.8 within the Masterplan in the year 2019.

The Continuum at Thiam Siew Ave New Launch consists of 22 freehold residential parcels with combined area of 263,794 square meters.
